Mr. Mani Mamallan (Managing Director)

Founder, Chairman & Managing Director of Electronic Payment and Services (P) Ltd., is well known for his in-depth knowledge, innovation and ingenuity in the retail technology banking space, including the microfinance domain. Mani is the first Indian to be nominated as an International ATM Industry Champion in April 2016 by the global ATM Industry Association (ATMIA) with over 3600 members in 60 countries.

With Mani spearheading the organization, EPS is on the Regional Board (India chapter) of the global ATM Industry Association (ATMIA) and an active member of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Payments Council of India (PCI), Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI), as well as an advisor on the National Advisory Committee (NAC) of IBEX INDIA.

With over three decades of experience in Banking, Organization Development, Payment Systems and ATM Outsourcing & Shared Networks, Mani is known as The Architect behind Indian ATM Systems and was honored with the Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 award by Silicon India in December 2015. Erstwhile, as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at C-Edge Technologies Limited, a joint venture between Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (TCS) and State Bank of India (SBI), he was responsible for conceptualizing the implementation of a revolutionary transaction based 'ATM Outsourcing Model' which led to the Ministry of Finance initiated Brown Label ATMs in India.

As the former Chief Operating Officer (COO) of India Switch Company (ISC), Mani was highly instrumental in initiating Swadhan in 1997, the first shared payment network in India promoted by Indian Banks' Association (IBA) for their member banks.

Mrs. Vidya Mani Mamallan (Promoter & Director)

Vidya Mani Mamallan is the President of Human Resources and Administration of Electronic Payment and Services (P) Ltd. and holds a post-graduation degree in Economics from Mumbai University. Fortified with over 14 years of experience in the retail business domain of Bharat Petroleum, she has developed a strong business acumen for finance, accounting and compliance in the corporate sector.

Vidya is actively involved in developing organizational strategies in the HR department, by identifying researching human resources issues and is responsible for planning, directing and implementing various programs and processes i.e. employee performance management, recruitment, employee development & retention, resource management, training and education etc.

Mr. Aniruddha Sawant (Executive Director)

Mr Aniruddha Sawant is a recognized leader in technology and delivery of business value within the electronic transaction processing industry, with a unique combination of strategic thinking and focus on results. He is a decisive leader with deep industry knowledge and nearly 20 years of experience in financial services and payments technology.

He has joined ElectronicPay (EPS) as Director - Asia Pacific (APAC) to commence the company's first journey to overseas. From Australia, he will be responsible for growing EPS' business overseas starting with Australia and soon expanding to various countries. His primary responsibilities include formulating the company's overseas strategy for EPS services offering, new application development and support, system Integration support for overseas clients, project portfolio management, platform integration and developing product suites.

Aniruddha has been in Australian payments Industry for the past 12 years and worked with various companies like Tata Consultancy Services, First Data Australia and FSS Technologies while in Australia. Prior to joining EPS, he was managing FSS Technologies Australia as an Executive Director and Delivery Head to successfully establish FSS as a new player in Australian payment space.

Mr Sawant has global perspective of the payment business with experience around the world like leading a consulting assignment in Montreal, Canada for Equifax's transaction system, or executing a Payments business transformation for a very large retailer in Australia, Woolworths Limited.

Prior to moving to Australia, Mr Sawant has worked in Indian payments industry in the working with the likes of ICICI, managing their Switch integration and technology projects. He has also project managed many Switch integrations for various banks like HDFC, ABN AMRO, AXIS and SBI and other Indian banks.

Alap has a proven track record of successful transition from developer to solution architect/pre-sales to heading switching payments practice and has demonstrated commitment to quality while leading project implementation for Indian & overseas customers including major system upgrades, EFT switch migrations along with implementation of innovative business requirements. Mr. SurajitBorkakoty (Head of Business Development & Operations - APAC)

He has run large scale country wide services in the field of secure payment transactions, with focus on finance, retail, and government services for mobile phone users.

He was the CTO for NETS that provides the backbone services for retail payments in Singapore. He has also consulted in setting up national payment system in Asia.

Jay has extensive experience with the Fintech industry with focus on Machine Learning, Intelligent Data Models for behavioural patterns recognition, UI/UX, large scale and wide reaching applications.
